Follow daily production schedule, Ensure product conforms to specifications, Prevent and minimize rework, Perform standard operating procedures, Complete all necessary technical training, Complete all necessary soft skills training, Return from breaks in a timely manner, Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, Attend all department and company meetings, Works scheduled shift as assigned, Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area, Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies, Ensure safety devices are installed and working, Perform all required duties within OSHA standards, Follow set company and OSHA safety rules, Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, Follow company pre-requisite programs, Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Follow Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s), Ensure products are correctly labeled, Keep record of products used to follow FIFO, Add ingredients to batch and verify, Move meat into machine(s), Load meat racks, Push meat trucks, Visually monitoring meat for quality, Maintain accurate records, Wash and sanitize carts, racks, and trucks, Work in a fast-paced environment, Perform repetitive functions, Adhere to all company policies, Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, Accept direction from Department Leads, Accept direction from supervisors, Communicate with co-workers, Communicate with supervisor, Perform duties with minimal supervision, Stand, Walk, Use hands to finger, handle, or feel, Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Talk or hear, Occasionally sit, Occasionally reach with hands and arms, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Specific vision abilities required: close vision
