Heat Treat **Work Schedule:** Onsite – Torrance, CA Moog Military Aircraft Group is looking for a **Processing******Pe** rformance Leader **(Production Supervisor) to oversee our Processing Department (Heat Treat, Plating, Shot Peen, and Paint) on 1st shift. You will have daily operational responsibility including safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost. You will oversee a team of 18 -20 processing technicians and coordinate with support groups (planning, maintenance, machine shop, etc.). Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will have a 9/80 schedule and work onsite in Torrance, CA. **Moog’s Military Aircraft Group** is a global leader in designing primary and secondary flight control actuation systems (FCAS) for military aircraft. We design and integrate FCAS systems for cutting edge aircraft like the F-35 Lightning II and the V280 Valor next generation tiltrotor Aircraft.
