What You’ll Do (Job Overview): As a Processing Associate - Night Shift at Vital Farms, you will work within our state-of-the-art manufacturing and production facility to wash, sort, and pack our pasture-raised eggs from our family farms. This role at Egg Central Station (ECS) is critical in bridging the gap from local family farms to grocery stores for our consumers. You’ll be on your feet during each twelve-hour shift, moving, lifting, loading and working with air-conditioned and sunlight-filled warehouse. 2-2-3 schedule: 2-week cycle Week 1: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on Week 2: 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off Shifts: 12 hour shifts Day Crew - 6am to 6pm Night Crew- 6pm to 6am What We Bring to the Table: Night Shift - $20.25 per hour + $3 per hour Night shift differential Holiday pay Healthcare offered/starting the first day of the month following your start!
