What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years as a processing assistant or equivalent understanding of FHA, VA, GSE, and Chattel lending, Excellent listening, organizational, and time management skills, Ability to work under stressful deadlines and to manage competing priorities, interpersonal communication and team building skills, training, public speaking, and presentation skills, plus a real interest in modern instructional approaches like microlearning, video, and self-paced content, Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to develop quality training material, Proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Comfort with technology and a willingness to try new tools, including AI-assisted training, learning management systems, screen recording, and knowledge bases, A creative, problem-solving mindset

What You'll Do.
train new and existing processing assistants onshore and offshore on assistant processing tasks

Deliver training through the right format for the topic
Measure what’s working
Give processing leaders clear

You will train new and existing processing assistants onshore and offshore on assistant processing tasks, appraisal ordering, system use, and Encompass across all processing business channels, while also building a more modern, scalable training program. That means leaning on self-paced content, video, microlearning, AI-assisted tools, and strong job aids so new hires ramp faster and ongoing learning doesn’t always require a trainer in the room. You’ll also act as a Processing floater as needed and work directly with processing assistants to keep daily output efficient, accurate, and on time. We’re looking for someone who is curious about new tools, willing to try things, and thinks beyond traditional classroom training. Build a scalable, multi-modal curriculum that includes self-paced modules, short videos, interactive job aids, and searchable knowledge bases so assistants can learn and re-learn on demand without always pulling a trainer in Deliver training through the right format for the topic, mixing live sessions, recorded walkthroughs, AI-assisted practice, and async content so the program scales without becoming dependent on any single trainer’s schedule Measure what’s working. Track ramp time, knowledge checks, error rates, and post-training performance, and use that data to keep improving the program rather than relying on gut feel Give processing leaders clear, objective performance feedback on trainees and surface patterns that point to process or system improvements, not just people problems Stand up training for new operational rollouts, LOS changes, and process updates quickly, and update existing content so it does
