The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer service functions for the facility and perform administrative and technical support. Performs a variety of ongoing functions for the facility such as office support tasks, customer service and administrative support. Requires knowledge regarding the agency, the training facility, it’s policies and procedures, and the ability to verbalize this information effectively and appropriately. This position is primarily responsible for all public contact and interactions with visitors, consumers, vendors, etc. in person, phone, or email. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing daily phone and door coverage for the facility. **Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences** **Salary Grade Range** $39,244 - $68,679 **Recruitment Range** $39,244 - $40,973 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
