We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference and doing something that really matters- is a great team player, flexible, adaptable with a positive attitude. Our site operational hours are from **07:00 am to 18:00 pm** and there will be multiple shifts available in between those times. The main purpose of this role is to support efficient and accurate production of Baxter Healthcare's compounded products. **Candidates who are looking to start their career in pharmaceuticals are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided, no prior experience is required.** **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Picking and preparing raw materials * Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products * Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products. * Labelling and dispatching of prepared products. * Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables * Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). * Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures * Othe
