Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & BFSI domain experience, Experience in training delivery, facilitation, content development, and LMS management, Understanding of learning frameworks, adult learning methodologies, and capability-building programs, Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact and effectiveness, Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environments, High ownership, execution orientation, and willingness to continuously improve and experiment, Communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, Ability to design impactful learning experiences across multiple formats, Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital learning tools, Understanding of technology, user experience, and digital learning ecosystems, Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams, Analytical and reporting capabilities, Proficiency in Marathi as a language

Act as the Learning Partner for the Merchant Lending business

About the Team The team is part of Paytm’s Merchant Lending vertical and is responsible for driving merchant loan and merchant cash advance businesses across India. The team plays a key role in enabling merchant growth through financial inclusion and credit accessibility. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented Process Trainer to support the Merchant Lending business. The role involves designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, building scalable capability programs, and driving learning effectiveness across the Lending Merchant ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to simplify complex domain knowledge into impactful learning content and training interventions. The role will also focus on digitization of learning content and strengthening capability-building initiatives across teams.
