Als **Procesoperator** bij Chemours in **Dordrecht** kom je te werken in een unieke werkomgeving op de afdeling Melts & Elastomers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en sturen van het complete proces dat plaatsvindt in onze fabrieken, voor zowel de kwaliteit van de processen als voor de veiligheid van iedereen op het fabrieksterrein én in de omgeving. Het werken in de Melts & Elastomers fabriek brengt veel afwisseling met zich mee. Je krijgt te maken met Compressoren, Reactoren, Ontgassers, Coagulatoren, Extruders, automatische verpakkingslijnen en meer. Verder word je betrokken bij mechanische, elektrotechnische en automatiseringswerkzaamheden. Alle facetten die het vak van procesoperator interessant maken komen aan bod op onze complexe, maar enerverende productielocaties. Hiernaast hebben wij onze eigen brandweer organisatie, waar je als operator deel van uit kunt maken. **VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN** * Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en sturen van het complete proces dat plaatsvindt in onze fabriek; * De processen die daarbij aan de orde komen controleer je en stuur je aan; * Je doet technische controles op apparatuur, dit doe je in samenwerking met de technische dienst; * Je hebt zodoende contact met verschillende ondersteunende groepen waaronder maintenance en engineering; * Vanuit de controlekamer houd je alle aspecten van het proces in de gaten; * Je voert patrouille rondes uit en signaleert afwijkingen in de fabrieken; * De veiligheid van jezelf, jouw collega’s en de omgeving is voor jou prioriteit nummer één; * Je werkt in een 5-ploegenrooster, waarin je dag, avond en nachtdienst draait; * Je bent bezig met het continu verbeteren van de processen binnen jouw fabriek; * Je bent bereid om opgeleid en ingezet te worden
