Experience with IPROM, Knowledge of production equipment introduction, Knowledge of equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier, Knowledge of small tool design, Knowledge of supplier proposal validation, Knowledge of acceptance criteria definition for new equipment or line, Experience performing pre acceptance and acceptance of equipment, Experience performing trials on the lines, Experience delivering reports, Experience building action plans, Experience following up to be ready for FDPR, Experience performing and/or collecting capabilities of equipments and process, Experience setting up equipment, Experience proposing PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN, Experience participating on PFMEA, Experience participating on CONTROL PLAN, Knowledge of QCDM monitoring, Knowledge of proposing improvement, Knowledge of equipment performance survey, Knowledge of optimization, Experience working on Cycle time reduction, Experience updating routing on Information system with SPV validation, Experience supporting production technician (training, analysis, problem solving), Experience being in contact with suppliers (improvement, support), Experience participating to SPV workshop, Experience participating to APU QRQC, Knowledge of PG RAISE validation, Knowledge of CdC standards validation, Knowledge of standard change validation proposed by sites, Knowledge of applying and promoting standards (PG, sites or corporate) in his domain, Knowledge of applying SPV rules, Knowledge of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group, Experience maintaining 5S, Experience reporting issues, Experience alerting for safety rules infringement

What You'll Do.
Manage production equipment introduction
Follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier
Design small tools and validate supplier proposals
Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or line
Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment
Perform trials on lines and deliver reports
Build action plans and follow up for FDPR readiness
Perform and/or collect equipment and process capabilities
Set up equipment and propose process validation plans
Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan
Monitor QCDM and propose improvements
Survey equipment performance and optimize
Work on cycle time reduction
Update routing on information system with SPV validation
Support production technicians (training
Liaise with suppliers for improvements and support
Participate in SPV workshops
Participate in APU QRQC
Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards
Validate any change of standard proposed by sites
