Transition into operator role

Ensure quality of product
Support leadership on manufacturing floor
Maintain reliable supply of products
Monitor documentation and product quality
Document all activities
Report issues to supervision
Support leadership during troubleshooting
Function as reliable point of contact
Assist Supervisor in development
Assist Supervisor in training
Drive key departmental objectives
