Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 1-year relevant experience

3+ years relevant experience, Scientific/technical degrees or certifications, Previous experience utilizing solution filling equipment, Previous experience with pre-filled syringe (PFS) technology, Previous experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Previous experience with electronic batch release

Operate automated equipment
Perform area cleaning
Model current Good Manufacturing Practices
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Support Line Lead in operator development
Identify opportunities for operational improvement
Adhere to RTP Plant safety policies
Contribute to a safe work environment
Adhere to standard operating procedures
Ensure quality of product
Support leadership on manufacturing floor
Maintain reliable supply of products
Monitor documentation and product quality
Document all activities
Report issues to supervision
Support leadership during troubleshooting
Escalate issues on the shop floor
Assist Supervisor in development
Assist Supervisor in training
Drive departmental objectives
Improve safety performance
