RJG scientific molding certification
What You'll Do.
Operate Injection Molding Machines
troubleshoot and operate thermolaters
bagging machine and grinders
Operate and program sprue pickers and multi – axis robots
Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information and identify root causes for quality issues
Perform a process transfer to match original Master Process – matching fill rates
cooling and cycle times
etc with a repeatable process
Create labels and generate appropriate workorders
Perform workorder changes
