What You'll Do.
Operate Injection Molding Machines
troubleshoot and operate thermolaters
bagging machine and grinders
Operate and program sprue pickers and multi – axis robots
Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information and identify root causes for quality issues
Perform a process transfer to match original Master Process – matching fill rates
cooling and cycle times
etc with a repeatable process
Create labels and generate appropriate workorders
Perform workorder changes

You’ll get to: * Operate Injection Molding Machines – Arburg, Toshiba, Engel * Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and operate thermolaters, Hot Runner systems, Material dryers, monitoring systems, End of arm Tooling, bagging machine and grinders. * Operate and program sprue pickers and multi – axis robots * Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information and identify root causes for quality issues. * Perform a process transfer to match original Master Process – matching fill rates, gate freeze, cooling and cycle times, etc with a repeatable process. * Create labels and generate appropriate workorders.
