To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility. _* We are excited to offer a **$1,000 sign-on bonus** for this position, distributed based on your continued success with the team._ This position is responsible for helping to implement mechanical and procedural initiatives, while the overall objective is to maintain and improve upon the Cambria manufacturing and polishing processes, ensuring consistency and increasing yield. Process improvement and metrics are essential to this role. This is a deeply technical role that requires hands-on management. ****Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**** * Perform process control checks and actively communicate the results * Assist with trial coordination as needed by engineers by helping develop testing protocols, adapting protocols, or managing audits * Perform routine live control monitoring audits * Assist Process Engineering in providing manufacturing support by learning to analyze data and identify manufacturing issues * Work with operators on basic process and engineering changes * Assist in identifying manufacturing issues by working with Process Engineering to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative action * Possess and display a strong knowledge of and troubleshooting skills for the following: mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, switches, motor starters, contactors, hoists, material handling equipment, and other components of the production facility and/or material handling equipment * Possess a strong knowledge of data analytics, metrics, and Microsoft Office Suite * Understand the operations of Oracle and Tableau
