Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, Ability to work safely around machinery, chemicals, and material‑handling equipment, attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality compliance, Flexibility to work any shift needed to support production requirements, Ability to read and understand work instructions, standard operating procedures, routings, and technical documentation, Ability to perform basic math calculations (measurements, counts, conversions) required for manufacturing tasks, Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, Ability to climb ladders and work in industrial or manufacturing environments, Visual acuity to perform inspections, read documentation, and view data on computer screens, Ability to operate hand tools, fixtures, and equipment requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills, Ability to safely work at heights, including climbing ladders or accessing elevated platforms, Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require, Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, reaching, pinching, grasping, and twisting
Nice to Have
At least 3-7 years of process technician or related experience preferred, Experience supporting production equipment, process troubleshooting, or technical manufacturing operations preferred, Demonstrated problemsolving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
