Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline, 0–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with exposure to Dry Etch, Wet Etch, and/or Clean process technologies, Ability to analyze complex problems, develop technical solutions, and support technology transfer and tool qualification, Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction, identify issues, and define approaches to resolution, understanding of statistical process control (SPC), manufacturing throughput, efficiency, and engineering statistics, Excellent written, verbal, and presentation ability to effectively communicate with and influence diverse audiences ranging from technicians to senior leadership, Proven ability to contribute to organizational goals and drive improvements in quality, productivity, throughput, cost, and process robustness, Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to all safety and environmental requirements
