This role is well suited for recent graduates (0–3 years of experience) or engineers transitioning from another technical field who are motivated to build a career in the semiconductor industry. Role Overview: Process Engineers in the Camas fab play a critical role in improving yield, reducing cost and complexity, and sustaining high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing processes. Engineers lead cross‑functional problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives, support the introduction of new devices, and ensure stable performance of existing processes. The Camas fab operates in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, requiring flexibility, strong ownership, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
