2+ years of professional experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Sell to Cash (S2C) processes, with a focus on customer data, contract data and management, and billing, verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Proficiency in SAP and MS Office 365 at an advanced level, Problem-solving mindset, Analytical mindset, Understanding of automation concepts, Lean and Lean UX principles, Skilled in preparing and delivering clear, engaging presentations, Works effectively in ambiguous situations with an end-to-end mindset, Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, A collaborative spirit
