The Role T1 Energy Is looking to hire a Process Specialist who is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing process performance by monitoring process health, driving technical problem-solving, improving standard work, and supporting cross-functional execution on the production floor. This role serves as a key link between floor operations and engineering intent by helping stabilize manufacturing processes, reduce variation, improve quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Process Specialist is expected to demonstrate strong process knowledge, advanced troubleshooting capability, leadership in floor execution, and a working understanding of Lean manufacturing, standardization, and data-driven process improvement.   What You’ll do Process Ownership & Support • Monitor and support assigned manufacturing processes to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation. • Identify process abnormalities, variation, recurring issues, and performance gaps impacting quality, throughput, or reliability. • Support daily floor operations through technical guidance, issue escalation, and process monitoring.
