You will apply technical and business knowledge to drive engineering process design and redesign, improving efficiency, traceability, and lifecycle integration. You will work across Product Engineering and Software Engineering teams to define, manage, and maintain system and process requirements, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle. The role requires applying Systems Engineering practices including requirements definition, system architecture, integration, risk management, configuration control, and Engineering Change Management to enable controlled product and process evolution. You will collaborate closely with PLM platforms to support digital continuity, data governance, and alignment between engineering processes, product structures, and enterprise systems. At this level, you may act as a subject matter expert, mentoring peers and supporting both technical and business decision‑making. The role may also involve engagement with suppliers and tech
