It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. **About the role** The Process Safety Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the site’s Process Safety Management (PSM) program, ensuring that all processes involving hazardous materials or energy are designed, operated, and maintained safely. The role provides technical leadership, risk assessment expertise, and governance to prevent loss‑of‑containment events, fires, explosions, and other process-related incidents. **Key Responsibilities** : * Define, maintain, and lead the site’s Process Safety Management program in alignment with corporate EHS, Engineering, and regulatory requirements. * Serve as the owner of Process Safety training curricula, ensuring competency development across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. * Develop and maintain process safety procedures, standards, and guidance documents (e.g., PSM elements, safe operating limits, process hazard controls). * Conduct or facilitate process hazard analyses (PHAs) using methodologies such as HAZOP, What If, FMEA, LOPA, and Bowtie. * Ensure robust risk assessments for new processes, modificat
