What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst with a focus on process redesign, optimisation, or continuous improvement., Experience working on technology or IT‑related initiatives, with an understanding of systems delivery and how processes align to technology outcomes., experience mapping and analysing end‑to‑end business processes and designing future‑state process models., Hands‑on experience using process modelling tools or notations (e. g. Signavio, BPMN or similar)., Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders., Experience supporting process change within Agile, hybrid or structured delivery environments., A grounded, practical working style with communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
Background in complex enterprise environments (e. g. telecommunications or technology‑driven organisations) is beneficial but not essential.
