Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field), 2–4 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), understanding of statistical methods and data analysis for quality improvement
Nice to Have
Advanced coursework in manufacturing, quality, or process improvement, Certified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor, Certification or training in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA), Training or certification in problem-solving methods (8D, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma), Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization methods, Automotive manufacturing experience, Previous Quality Technician or related quality role experience
What You'll Do.
Ensuring the robustness and stability of the EBM process
Providing technical leadership
Supporting operational decision-making
Verifying the correct execution of process controls
Driving continuous improvement through structured audits and system feedback
Acting as the technical quality arm for the EBM process
Supporting production
and laboratory teams in the interpretation and application of quality requirements
Leading product disposition decisions based on technical criteria and risk analysis
and responsible responses to critical quality situations
Ensuring that controls defined in Process Flow
and Control Plan are properly implemented in the process
Verifying correct execution of inspection
and monitoring methods
Ensuring operators and inspectors fully understand and apply process controls
Planning and performing periodic PFMEA and Control Plan audits on the shop floor
Evaluating whether all controls are effectively in place and functioning as defined
Identifying gaps between documentation and operational practice
Reporting audit results and identified risks
Leading structured feedback of PFMEA and Control Plan based on audits
and validating improvement action plans
Ensuring effectiveness of implemented actions
Leading root cause analysis using structured methodologies
Defining and following up corrective and preventive actions
Ensuring elimination of systemic causes
Promoting a prevention-focused Build in Quality
Developing thorough familiarization with Quality and Environmental Management Systems and manufacturing processes
Working closely with internal Engineering and Manufacturing team members
Participating in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities for internal components
