What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical advanced degree, 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, Engineering experience, demonstrated use of Quality tools/methodologies, Detailed knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971

Nice to Have

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, Experience working with TPM (Third Party Manufacturers), Advanced computer skills, including statistical/data analysis and technical report writing skills, Certified Quality Engineer Accreditation

What You'll Do.

Identify and implement effective process control systems

Support investigation

and prevention of nonconformances

systematic problem-solving methodologies

Assist in development and execution of streamlined business systems

Lead process control and monitoring of CTQ parameters

Lead and implement product and process improvement methodologies

Participate in or lead teams in supporting quality disciplines

Lead in completion and maintenance of risk analysis

Work with design engineering for product readiness

Work with microbiology for environmental monitoring

Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration

Participate in or lead teams in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices; represent the Quality function as a Core Team Member; Work with design engineering; Work with microbiology; Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
