Experience in IT Service Management, Experience as a Process Owner in IT Change Management according to ITIL in an international company, Knowledge of ITILv3 and/or ITIL4 (Change, Incident, Problem, Configuration), Experience working with ServiceNow (Change Management module), Experience with process modeling in Signavio, Strong analytical skills, Understanding of process design and process metrics, Ability to structure and communicate complex technical and organizational contexts, Strong communication and assertiveness skills in global, interdisciplinary teams, Very good English skills in spoken and written, German language skills are an advantage

Als Global Process Owner Change Management verantworten Sie die globale Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Governance des ITIL-basierten Change-Management-Prozesses innerhalb der Corporate IT. Das Ziel ist es, einen einheitlichen, risikobewussten und effizienten Prozess sicherzustellen, der Änderungen an IT-Services und -Infrastrukturen kontrolliert, transparent und mit minimaler Beeinträchtigung des Geschäftsbetriebs ermöglicht. ## Ihre Rolle * Definition, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des globalen Change-Management-Prozesses gemäß ITIL sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung konzernweiter Richtlinien, Standards und Compliance-Vorgaben (z. B.
