What You'll Do.
Building strategic roadmaps for automation solutions leveraging Process Orchestration and Agentic AI technologies
Delivering experience- and outcome-based solutions which transform end-to-end enterprise processes
Leading all stages of product lifecycle management including ideation
and value realization
Designing end-to-end value stream visions aligning technology
Partnering with GBS+ leadership to identify and prioritize process orchestration and agentic AI solutions
Developing highly integrated portfolio initiative roadmaps
Delivering Process Orchestration and Agentic AI product solutions through all phases of lifecycle
Serving as business deployment leader for Agentic AI solution development initiatives
Developing deployment methodology and standards for scalable expansion of Agentic AI solutions
Ensuring smooth associate- and customer-centric adoption of new technologies
and AI-enabled ways of working
Establishing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of agentic AI solutions
Driving systematic monitoring and continuous improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interact with a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to: business capability leaders, Ecolab Digital (including enterprise architecture, data, engineering, user experience, and AI teams), and external customers and business partners; Partner with GBS+ leadership (capability leadership, site leadership, continuous improvement, and value management office); Serve as business deployment leader for Agentic AI solution development initiatives in close partnership with leaders from business capability and process delivery teams, Ecolab Digital, and/or external partners; Partner with capability leaders and GBS+ Business Adoption team; In partnership with AI Optimization and Operations team

Ecolab is looking for a **Product Manager** in the GBS+ Process Orchestration and AI Solutions team. This Product Manager will be responsible for building strategic roadmaps for automation solutions leveraging Process Orchestration and Agentic AI technologies. They will deliver experience- and outcome-based solutions which transform end-to-end enterprise processes. The position will lead all stages of product lifecycle management including ideation, design, deployment, adoption, and value realization.
