Must Have
15+ years of transformation experience in banking operations, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, or F2B process change, experience in F2B transformation, target-state process design, and operational-control uplift, Proven expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, process re-engineering, and automation-led process redesign, Strategic thinker with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead large-scale change initiatives, Organized, resilient, and effective in a fast-paced, matrixed able to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines, Experience with digital platforms and automation ecosystems, including workflow tools, data analytics, and process-modelling standards

Deep understanding of Corporate Bank product sets: cash management, payments, trade finance, lending, trust & agency services, and securities services
