What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record, understanding and demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, Mechanical aptitude, including hands-on operation of plant equipment, with troubleshooting skills and the ability to make timely decisions during process upsets
Nice to Have
Fourth Class Power Engineering (Class 4 or higher) certification
What You'll Do.
Follow operating procedures to protect people
Perform plant operating duties
Communicate shift handovers clearly and effectively
Promptly report significant changes or deviations
Conduct FLHAs and workplace observations
Mitigate safety risks
Issue safe work permits
Escalate issues beyond your scope to your leader
Perform equipment checks
Monitor equipment performance
Maintain housekeeping standards
