Resolve minor downtime occurrences; Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment production stoppages; Problem solving
Must be able to handle up to 40 lbs. of materials, Ability to work up to 12.5 hrs. in one shift (If required), Ability to work overtime as needed, Must be able to wear gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing, Must be able to work inside a manufacturing environment, Exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, and various drug compounds, Must be able to flow to the work as needed, Operate at a high energy fast-paced environment
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years Pharma/Manufacturing experience, Must be able to handle up to 40 lbs. of materials, Ability to work up to 12.5 hrs. in one shift (If required)
Nice to Have
Ability to work accurately with figures and information, Ability to use and analyze data effectively, Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to learn the operation, read gauges and instrumentation, and any equipment related to the production of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical products, Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Competent to perform data entry, utilize computers and HMIs, Knowledgeable of all applications to the area (i. e. , DELTA, my Learning, Free Weigh, DISY, Active Plant, IP21, SAP basic transactions for meeting production supply etc. )

Escalates problems affecting product quality
Participates in performance management entry
Performs/maintains OSW and 5S
Delivers against safety
waste & performance objectives
Identifies and recommends areas for process improvement

Works in coordination with other associates, assistants, and/or technicians; Assists with troubleshooting technical issues; Provides information to the next supervisory level
