This process operator position is one where you will gain experience of the making of dairy-free cheese, with your work going towards ensuring the production of quality product, both branded and private label (retailer own brands). Come and join our friendly team today! **Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 7am-4.40pm** **YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…** * Identifying and communicating opportunities to improve working methods. * Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery * Operating production line equipment * Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff * Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing, quality checks, and recording results * Storing goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse * Packing goods to be ready for shipment on pallets * Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery * Actively maintaining production records **YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…** * Knowledgeable with basic IT skills. eg. ability to use a PC/HMI (with keyboard skills) with additional knowledge of Word and Excel an advantage * Efficient with problem solving skills * Able to communicate and work alone and as part of a team * Aware of basic food hygiene
