Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years Pharma/Manufacturing experience, Able to handle up to 40 lbs of materials, Able to work up to 12.5 hrs in one shift
Nice to Have
Ability to work accurately with figures and information, Ability to use and analyze data effectively, Mechanically inclined with ability to learn operation, Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Competent to perform data entry, Knowledgeable of all applications to the area
What You'll Do.
Replenish consumable supplies
Maintain inspection readiness
Monitor equipment for excessive rejects/stoppages
Utilize performance data to escalate problems
Participate in performance management
Perform problem solving
Perform/maintain OSW and 5S
Deliver against safety objectives
Deliver against quality objectives
Deliver against waste objectives
Deliver against performance objectives
Identify areas for process improvement
Recommend alternative operating methods
Troubleshoot minor equipment production stoppages
Resolve minor downtime occurrences
Work in coordination with other associates
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues
Provide information to supervisory level
Describe technological theory of operation
Describe product flow through equipment
Identify function of sensors
Identify purpose of sensors
Identify function of limit switches
Identify purpose of limit switches
Identify function of proximity sensors
