Must Have
Knowledge of industrial processes, Experience with IPROM, Experience with PFMEA, Experience with CONTROL PLAN, Experience with QCDM, Experience with SPV validation, Experience with PG RAISE, Experience with CdC standards, Knowledge of Safety and Environment procedures, Knowledge of 5S
Nice to Have
Lean design workshop experience, Experience with new equipment and new lines design, Experience with small tool design, Experience with equipment and process capabilities, Experience with PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN setup, Experience with cycle time reduction, Experience with SPV workshop, Experience with APU QRQC
What You'll Do.
Lead the industrialization of new P1
Improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor)
Capitalize and share know-how of industrial processes
Participate on the design of new equipment and new lines
Lead Lean design workshop
Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM
Follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier
Design small tool and validate supplier proposal
Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or line
Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment
Perform trials on lines and deliver reports
Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR
Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipments and process
Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN
Participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
Monitor QCDM and propose improvement
Survey equipment performance and optimization
Work on Cycle time reduction
Update routing on Information system with SPV validation
Support production technician (training
Be in contact with suppliers (improvement
Participate to SPV workshop
Participate to APU QRQC
Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards
Validate any change of standard proposed by sites
Apply and promote standards (PG
Ensure respect of Safety and Environment procedures
