What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, ideally with specialization in water and/or wastewater treatment., experience in process design and delivery of water, wastewater, and/or solid waste treatment projects., Previous experience in a Process Manager, Lead Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, or similar technical leadership role., Good understanding of treatment technologies, process equipment, commissioning requirements, and performance testing., Experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces and coordinating external designers, consultants, suppliers, and specialist subcontractors., knowledge of local standards, regulations, permitting requirements, and industry best practices related to water and wastewater treatment., Ability to review technical documents, identify risks, challenge designs, and propose practical solutions., communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in the GCC / regional market is preferred.

Lead and manage the process design and technical delivery of water
and solid waste treatment projects.
Oversee process-related activities across the full project lifecycle
including concept design
and performance validation.
Manage and coordinate external designers
and suppliers to ensure technical alignment with project objectives.
Review and validate process calculations

Ensure process designs meet safety
and contractual requirements.
Provide accurate and timely process inputs to civil
and controls teams to support coordinated project delivery.
Lead technical reviews
and problem-solving related to process performance and project delivery.
Support procurement teams with technical evaluation of suppliers
