Why This Role Matters The Process Manager is responsible for leading the process design, coordination, and technical delivery of water, wastewater, and solid waste treatment projects. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from design development through testing and commissioning, ensuring that process solutions are safe, efficient, compliant, and aligned with project cost, quality, and schedule requirements. The Process Manager acts as the main process lead across multidisciplinary teams, managing internal coordination, external designers, consultants, suppliers, and key technical interfaces. This role supports the Project Manager / Technical Manager in driving project performance, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring successful delivery of treatment facilities. What You’ll Drive Lead and manage the process design and technical delivery of water, wastewater, and solid waste treatment projects. Oversee process-related activities across the full project lifecycle, including concept design, detailed design, procurement support, construction support, testing, commissioning, and performance validation. Manage and coordinate external designers, consultants, technology providers, and suppliers to ensure technical alignment with project objectives.
