What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience in technical process integration within major industrial plant construction projects, Deep knowledge of process engineering principles, plant automation, and control functions across WtX, RG, PtX, or Carbon Capture technologies, Solid understanding of Functional Safety Life Cycles and Risk Assessment methods (HAZID, HAZOP, ATEX), Proven ability to lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders, Resolve complex engineering problems using systematic approaches, Collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary and multicultural project teams, Proficiency in engineering tools (e. g. Aspen, COMOS, document management systems), Good MS Office project management capabilities, Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively across concurrent workstreams, Fluent in English (spoken and written)

What You'll Do.
Lead process engineering integration
Own creation of overall plant documents
Act as HAZOP study leader
Champion plant safety compliance
Coordinate technical interfaces
Support commissioning activities
Conduct process engineering reviews
Prepare 'as-built' documentation
Drive design freeze processes
Contribute to proposal management
Develop KVI technical standards
Provide training and technical guidance

Coordinate technical interfaces between PEM, EIC teams, and engineers; Collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary and multicultural project teams; Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Lead technical discussions

Project management capabilities, Prioritise and manage time effectively, Manage concurrent workstreams, Manage design freeze processes, Manage change request processes
