Must Have
At least Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Operations Excellence, Workforce Planning, Program Management, or Recruitment/Human Resource, ideally within high-pace environments., Proven track record of online & offline marketing/ job portal channels, mapping applicant journeys, identifying operational bottlenecks, and re-engineering processes to minimize friction in order to improve effectiveness for top of funnel and efficiency for the process, Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver cross-functional proposals, fluent in English to communicate with internal foreign key members
Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital performance marketing or leveraging multi-channel user acquisition strategies to drive "Top-of-Funnel" growth efficiently., Experience designing and implementing quality frameworks or selection scorecards that directly impact on-site productivity metrics (e. g. , maximizing PPH and minimizing damage rates)., Experience working at recruitment, HRM, shift arrangement, and ever designed/revamped recruitment/onboarding/scheduling process

Design and execute end-to-end recruitment programs across Online (Social Media
Performance Marketing)
and Offline (Community outreach
Partner with the Logistics and Planning teams to "right-size" the workforce
ensuring the talent pipeline matches operational demand and turnover forecasts.
Implement rigorous selection criteria to identify "Quality Workers" likely to deliver high PPH (Parcel Per Hour) and maintain low damage rates.
Design a top-notch acquisition funnel that minimizes friction for users while effectively filtering out ineligible candidates to safeguard the workforce.
Manage the onboarding execution team to ensure a seamless "Sign-up to Shift" transition
improving first-day show rates.
Create and deliver online training materials and offline briefings to educate workers on platform guidelines
and operational best practices.
Continuously identify bottlenecks in the worker journey and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Develop engagement programs specifically designed to retain high-performing workers and improve their lifetime value on the platform.
