Must Have
3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization, process mining or similar roles, degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher), knowledge of BPM, Six Sigma or agile frameworks, background in data and process analysis with process mining, communication skills, ability to navigate complex organizational structures across different departments, proficient in workshop facilitation and process mapping, excellent English skills
Nice to Have
German skills are a plus, Experience with requirements management is beneficial

As a Process Improvement Specialist (m/f/d), you will become a key driver of efficiency within the Business Process Excellence team at SIXT. You will take ownership of complex processes, using your analytical mindset and hands-on approach to challenge the status quo and shape the future of our global business processes. In this role, you will combine data-driven insights with strong communication skills to deliver high-impact results across the entire organization.
