Full Job Description
In this role, you will be partnering with Program leaders, Operators, and Product Managers to create scalable specialty grading operations through North America. You will develop a strategy for what we specialize in, how we process those units effectively, and what tools we need both physically and virtually to properly evaluate those items which require high investment. You will assist in launching multiple nodes through Reverse Logistics at various site types, and identify any gaps in that road to launch plan to ensure the program is on track for delivery. You will be the SME for speciality grading, and will have knowledge of the backend ruleset for evaluation. Key job responsibilities 1. Coordinate Operations to ensure timely launch of Advance Grading, including capability testing to validate site readiness. 2. Travel to all RELO sites to support smooth Advance Grading launches, conducting on-site capability assessments to confirm readiness before go-live. 3. Partner with PMs to develop specialized processing strategies, incorporating capability testing milestones to measure process effectiveness. 4. Design training content with onsite Learning teams, using Associate feedback and capability testing checkpoints to evaluate skill retention and content quality. 5. Lead individual projects from ideation to launch, embedding capability testing phases to validate performance against defined success criteria. Pilot new processes with cross-functional teams, using capability testing data to surface gaps and drive evidence-based decisions before broader rollout.
