What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active and unencunbered Registered Nurse License in Washington State or Multistate License Endorsement required., Minimum three (3) years of experience practicing in a clinical setting., Minimum of two (2) years leading or coaching process improvement., Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical care, quality, performance improvement, project/program management or any combination of these or minimum requirements for clinical experience and process improvement with a Bachelor’s in a healthcare-related field.
Nice to Have

Key responsibilities include educating, coaching, and mentoring process improvement for MHS employees; designing and executing facility or CBU level improvement strategies; assisting with data analysis, conducting workflow assessments; and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions. This role facilitates the use of process improvement methodologies and supports compliance with regulatory requirements and quality goals. Candidates must have clinical experience, experience in quality, process improvement, and data analysis.
