What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Speak, write, and read fluently in German, Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis, Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred, Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc
What You'll Do.
Contribute to audit initiatives
Support results-driven action planning
Contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations
Support upgrades within the delivery station
Partner with station management
Partner with several stakeholders
Support development of process improvements
Support continuous piloting of process improvements
Support ongoing benchmarking initiatives
Ensure station management understands benchmark rates
Train station management in technical configurations
Drive accurate reporting
Drive productivity boosts
Manage day to day operations of a Delivery
Provide leadership to Operations Supervisors
Provide leadership to Operations Assistants
Provide leadership to Delivery Service Providers
Manage external agency relationships
Manage external agency performance
