What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering, Proven experience in EITHER aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing OR experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment, Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment
Nice to Have
Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus, Proficiency in German is a plus
What You'll Do.
Act as the technical expert to ensure production line runs efficiently
Coordinate and support qualification of manufacturing lines
Identify weaknesses in production line and determine solutions
drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices
Collaborate with team members to implement improvements and new processes
