The Process Excellence Specialist in APAC is a hands-on role that will execute Target Operating Model (TOM) modifications and process excellence projects and initiatives across BJB Singapore and Hong Kong to improve client experience, operating efficiency, risk control, and scalability. The candidate will partner with business users and technology teams, regionally and globally, to identify, prioritize, and execute a portfolio of improvements—combining Lean Six Sigma, process mining, and digital enablement, as relevant—and drive change adoption through structured change management. Scope & Impact • Regional coverage: Singapore & Hong Kong; alignment with global TOM. • Stakeholders: Front, Middle & Back Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, COO/Operations, IT.
