**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Support process engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes * Set up, monitor, and adjust production processes, parameters, and equipment to meet specifications * Collect, analyze, and document process data (cycle times, scrap, yield, downtime, etc.) * Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions * Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations * Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and visual standards * Perform time studies, capability studies, and basic statistical analysis * Support equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on the production floor # Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training in engineering, manufacturing technology, or related field preferred * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role * Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment * Ability to read and follow technical documentation, drawings, and specifications * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/MES systems 65,000 - 75,000 Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
