If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Principle Accountabilities:** * Performs set‑up of processing equipment. * Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. * Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. * Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel. * Line change configuration. * Performs corrective maintenance. * Follows escalation procedures. **Education / Experience** Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 6+ years of related experience. **Knowledge / Skills / Abilities** As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. **Scope / Impact** May direct other employees; in some sites, functions as a working supervisor with large scope of responsibility. Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department Moderate impact. **Decision Making / Discretion** Determines quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments.
