What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Engineering degree, Basic knowledge of maintenance software systems, understanding of budgeting and budget control spending, At least 6 years of leadership experience managing and developing teams of 10+ maintenance and engineering personnel, mechanical aptitude, background with Preventive Maintenance
Nice to Have
mechanical engineering degree, Paint background strongly preferred (powder coat or e-coat)
What You'll Do.
Lead and oversee Process Engineering and Maintenance teams
Establish and maintain machine setup specifications
Improve processability of existing parts
Collaborate with planning
Maintain and update spec sheets
engineering standards
Support operators through training
and assisting with production issues
Travel to customer sites to address and resolve quality concerns
Define and ensure execution of preventative maintenance strategies
Work with the machine shop on new tooling
Review engineering blueprints and production data

Collaborate with planning, design, engineering, and shop personnel; Support operators through training, troubleshooting, and assisting with production issues
