Full Job Description
1. Guidance for new product Prototype /OTS/PPAP sample production 2\. Assist sales dept. for the new project feasibility analysis and quotation 3\. Solve the problems in the process and work instruction; 4\. Production efficiency and Constantly improve the process; 5\. Develop manufacturing and assembling processes, machines, tools to finish the new product process setup including Pflow, PFMEA and WI 6\. Provide training for operators; 7\. Direct operators to set the process parameters and operate the machine; 8\. Coordinate for analysis of quality issues and take action for quality improvement; 9\. Control project costs and meet the budget, Cost reduction; 10\. Strive for Continuous Improvement and Health, safety & environment 11\. Responsible for the preparation and updating of production process improvement, and improved process flow chart , PFMEA, and control programs 12\. During process improment or new investment projects design, give full consideration to energy conservation, energy, emissions, safety, and compliance with legal requirements and be responsible for organizing the process, equipment, tooling and other departments to do safety, environmental analysis 13\. Implement the ESH guidelines, targets, and management programs; Participate in identifying and evaluating enviromental and hazard factors; control important environmental factors which departments are responsible for / unbearable risk effectively; be in charge of the achievement of ESH objectives, targets and management programs. ## Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering; 2\. At least 3 years working experience in automotive component industry; 3\. Good at English both oral and writing; 4\. Good PC office skills, CAD plus; 5\. Good at process improvement and problem solving; 6\. High analytical thinking ability; 7\. Team work spirit and good at communication; 8\. Can do work by hand.
