What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years process improvements experience, 5+ years manager experience in fulfillment center/distribution center environment, Strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills (C1+)

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Knowledge of Lean techniques, Knowledge of PMP or similar standards, Experience with data analysis, Experience with advanced Excel, Experience with database analysis, Experience with high-level negotiation, Successful internal and external relationship management, 4+ years delivering cross functional projects, PMP and 4+ years program or project management experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Experience in complex problem solving, Experience working in a tight schedule environment
