Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience., 4+ years of experience in technology process engineering, governance, or enterprise delivery roles., understanding of SDLC, architecture governance, security risk processes, and production readiness., Proven ability to operate in complex, highly regulated environments.
Nice to Have
Experience working with ATO, ARB, ADRB, ISRMP/CATO, or similar enterprise approval frameworks., Financial services or large scale enterprise technology experience., Experience improving or automating governance processes using workflow platforms and developer portals., facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
