What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required in technical fields such as Biomedical, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline., Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or other regulated industries., Hands-on experience using Minitab for data analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation., Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology and continuous improvement programs., written and verbal proficiency in English and Malay., Ability and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods, typically ranging from 2 to 6 months or longer, depending on on-the-job training needs., Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience.
