What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact
Leverage expertise for machines and automation
Coordinate and direct preventative maintenance
Coordinate upgrades and troubleshooting
Manage day to day operations
Gather and analyze pertinent statistical data
Develop and execute production plan
Ensure customer orders are met
Collaborate with other teams
Leverage and focus departmental capabilities
Liaison with customer representatives
Communicate performance metrics
Manage and alleviate customer concerns
Implement applicable corrective actions
Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility
Implement recommendations to improve safety
Implement recommendations to reduce costs
Track cost savings of implemented projects
Track efficiency improvements
Maintain company safety requirements
Enforce environmental requirements
Enforce department of health requirements
